RESOLUTION NO. 6750
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCfL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHOR-
IZING THE CITY CLERK TO INVITE BIDS FOR RECOATING OF ELM
RESERVOIR 1.5 MILLION GALLON TANK - CONTRACT NO. 1114
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determined it is
necessary and in the public interest to recoat Elm Reservoir; and
WHEREAS, plans and specifications for the furnishing of all labor, ma-
terials, tools, equipment, transportation and other expenses necessary or inci-
dental for said project, Contract No. 1114, have been prepared and are filed
in the Engineering Department of the City of Carlsbad and are incorporated by
reference herein;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council as follows:
1. The above recitations are true and correct.

The plans and specifications as presented are hereby approved.
The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and di-
rected to proceed to publish, in accordance with law, notice to contractors
inviting bids for the recoating of Elm Reservoir, in accordance with the plans
and specifications hereinabove referred to.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbac
at a regular meeting held the 5th day of Jm , 1982, by the follow-
ing vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Mahers Packard, Casler, hear, Lewis and Kulchin
NOES: None
ABSENT: I&"
