RESOLUTION NO. 6753 --
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN EXTEN-
SION OF TIME FOR TENTATIVE MAP CT79-25(B) and
PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT 12
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad on the 15th day of
July, 1980 adopted Resolutions No. 6245 and 6246 approving, with conditions,
Tentative Map CT79-25 and Planned Unit Development 12; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad on the 20th day of
January, 1981 adopted Resolution No. 6413 amending Tentative Map CT79-25(A) ;
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad on the 6th day of Oc
ber, 1981 adopted Resolution No. 6684 amending Tentative Map CT79-25(B) ; and
WHEREAS, the subdivider has requested a one-year extension of time for
said tentative map from January 15, 1982 to January 15, 1983;
and
0-
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
as follows:
A. That the above recitations are true and correct.
B. That the Tentative Map CT79-25(B) and Planned Unit Development 12
are hereby extended from January 15, 1982 to January 15, 1983, subject to
execution and/or fulfillment of all conditions of Resolutions No. 6684 and 6246.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
at a regular meeting held the 5th day of - JanW , 1982, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Packard, Casler, hear, Lewis and Kulchin
NOES: Kone
ABSENT: None --
