RESOLUTION NO. 6754 --
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTiNG BIDS AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION
OF CONTRACT NO. 1111 FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A STORM DRAIN ON
CARLSBAD BOULEVARD BETWEEN MANZANO AND CEREZO DRIVES
WHEREAS, bids have been received by the City of Carlsbad for the construc
tion of a storm drain on Carlsbad Boulevard between Manzano and Cerezo Drives,
Contract No. 1111; and
WHEREAS, the low bid received for this project was submitted by Mladen
Buntich, in the amount of $8,100; and
WHEREAS, funds are available in Account No. 4-170-3100 for this project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carls-
bad as follows:
1. The above recitations are true and correct.
2. The bid of $8,100 by Mladen Buntich for Contract No. 1111 for the
construction of a storm drain on Carlsbad Boulevard between Manzano and Cerezo
Drives is hereby accepted, and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
to execute a contract therefor.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
at a regular meeting held the 5th day of January , 1982, by the following
vote, to wit:

ABSENT: None
