RESOLUTION NO. 6 764
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING A BUILDING AT 1265 STRATFORD LANE SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZING THE DISPOSAL OF SUCH BUILDING.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determined that
a house located at 1265 Stratford Lane can not be used and is surplus; and
WHEREAS, it would be beneficial to the City of Carlsbad to dispose of
such bui 1 ding.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitation is true and correct.
2.
