RESOLUT I ON NO. 6788
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING BIDS AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION
OF CONTRACT NO. 10~38 FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE VALLEY
STREET STORM DRAIN
WHEREAS, bids have been received by the City of CarIsbad for the construc-
tion of the Valley Street Storm Drain, Contract No, 1098; and
WHEREAS, the TQW bid received for this project was submitted by Collura
Construction Co., Inc. in the amount of $52,649.52; and
WHEREAS, funds are available in Account No. 4-170-3099 for this project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
as follows:
1. The above recitations are true and correct.
2. The bid of $52,649.52 for the construction of the Valley Street Storm
Drain, Contract No. 1098, is hereby accepted, and the Mayor and City Clerk are
hereby authorized to execute a contract therefor.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Carlsbad held the I6th day of FebruarY ~ 1982, by the following
vote, to wit:
