A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN
FOR PREPARATION OF AN ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT FOR A
110 ACRE PROJECT IN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD
THE CITY OF CARLSBAD AND DONALiD A. COTTON AND ASSOCIATES
The City Council of the city of Carlsbad, California, does
iereby resolve as follows:
1. That certain agreement between the city of Carlsbad an(
IONALD A. COTTON & ASSOCIATES for preparation of an environmental
impact report for a 110 acre project, a copy of which is on file
vith the City Clerk, and incorporated herein by reference, is hereb!
ipproved .
2. The Mayor of the city of Carlsbad is hereby authorized
ind directed to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the citl
)f Carlsbad.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
:ity Council of the city of Carlsbad, held on the 2nd day of March,
1982, by the following vote, to wit:
