RESOLUTION NO. 6809
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN EXTENSION OF
TIME FOR TENTATIVE MAP CT 79-7(A).
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad on the 2nd day of
October, 1979 adopted Resolution No. 5951 approving, with conditions, Tentative
Map CT 79-7, Condominium Permit CP-10; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad on the 17th day of
February adopted Resolution No. 6444 granting a one-year extension of time for
Tentative Map CT 79-7; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad on the 3rd day of
March, 1981 adopted Resolution No. 6451 amending Tentative Map 79-7(A); and
Condomimium Permit CP-lO(A) ; and
WHEREAS, the subdivider has requested a one-year extension of time for
said map from April 3, 1982 to April 3, 1983;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Clty Council of the City of Carlsbad
as follows:
A. That the above recitations are true and correct.
B. That the Tentative Map CT 79-7(A), and Condominium Permit CP-lO(A)
are hereby extended from April 3, 1982 to April 3, 1983, subject to execution
and/or fulfillment of all conditions of Resolutions No. 5951, 6444 and 6451.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad at
a regular meeting held the 16thday of March , 1982, by the following
vote to wit:
AYES: Council Mernbers Packard, Casler, Anear, Lewis and Kulchin None NOES:
ABS ENT : None
