FU3SOLUTION NO. 6810
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA ACCEPTING A GIFT OF
MONEY TO BE PLACED IN THE PARAMEDIC TRUST
FUND
WHEREAS, Dr. and Mrs. M. Castely of 33 Sound View, Port
Washington, New York, have made a donation of one hundred dollars
($100.00) for deposit in the Paramedic Trust Fund; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept this gift pursuant
to Sections 37354 and 37355 of the California Government Code:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the City Council accepts the gift of money for the
Paramedic Trust Fund.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Carlsbad City Council held the 16th day of
1982, by the following vote, to wit:
