RESOLUTION NO. 6819
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PLAFJS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHOR-
IZING THE CITY CLERK TO INVITE BIDS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF
THE SUMNYHILL DRIVE STORM DRAIN CONTRACT NO. 1116.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has
determined it is necessary and in the public interest to
construct the Sunnyhill Drive Storm Drain, and;
WHEREAS, plans and specifications for the furnishing of all
labor, materials, tools, equipment, t:ransportation and other
expenses necessary or incidental for said project, Contract No.
1116 have been prepared and are on file in the Engineering
Department and are incorporated by reference herein;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. The above recitations are true and correct.
2. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby
authorized and directed to proceed to publish, in accordance
with law, notice to contractors inviting bids for the
construction of the Sunnyhill Drive Storm Drain, Contract No.
1116 in accordance with the plans and specifications referred
to.

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Carlsbad, California, at a regular meeting held the 6th
day of April , 1982 by the following vote to wit:

NOES: None
Council Members Packard, Casler, Anear, Lewis and Kulchin
ABSENT: None
