RESOLUTION NO. - 6823
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAFCLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED FROM
AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD PURPOSES.
FOR BECKMAN INSTRUMENTS, INC.
WHEREAS, BECKMAN INSTRUMENTS, INC. has submitted a Grant
conveying an easement to the City of Carlsbad
road purposes I said Deed is on file in the
Iffice Of the City Clerk and is incorporated by reference herein; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determined it to be
.n the public interest to accept said Deed;
NOW, THEREPOR32, BE IT FW5OLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
:alifornia, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Grant Deed conveying an easement to the
:ity of Carlsbad for road purposes is hereby accepted.
3. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized to cause the original Deed
>f California, with the appropriate Certificate of Acceptance attached.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City
Council held on the 6th day of April , 1982 by the following
vote to wit:
AYES: Council Members Packard, Casler, hear, LRwis and Kulchin
NOES: IqO'ne
ABSENT:
RONALD C. PACKARD, Mayor
