RESOLUTION NO. 6827
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA DESIGNATING CERTAIN EMPLOYEES
TO FILE CITY CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT.
WHEmAS, it may be necessary for the City to file claims for damages in
the Small Claims Court of the North County Judicial District; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to designate certain employees to file such
claims on its behalf;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct;
2. That the following persons are hereby designated to file City claims
€or damages in Small Claims Court of the North County Judicial District:
James F. Elliott Finance Department
Frank Rowlen Finance Department
Deborah Herring Finance Department
Julie Almack Library
Joe Skymba Library
Ruth Fletcher Purchasing, / Risk .J4anagement
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTER at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City
Zouncil held on the 6th day of April, 1982 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Packard, Casler, Anear, Lewis and Kulchin
