RESOLUTION NO. 6834
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CITY OF CARLSBAD AND PBR (PHILLIPS, BRANDT,
REDDICK) FOR PREPARATION OF AN ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT
REPORT FOR A 176+ ACRE PROJECT.
The City Council of the city of Carlsbad, California, does
iereby resolve as follows:
1. That certain agreement between the city of Carlsbad
ind PBR for preparation of an Environmental Impact Report for a 176- -
icre project, a copy of which is on file with the City Clerk, and
.ncorporated herein by reference, is hereby approved.
2. The Mayor of the city of Carlsbad is hereby authorizec
ind directed to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the cit]
If Carlsbad.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
:ity Council of the city of Carlsbad, held on the 6th day ofApril,
982, by the following vote, to wit:
