A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CITY OF CARLSBAD AND WESTEC SERVICES, INC.,
FOR PREPARATION OF AN ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT FOR
AN 85 ACRE PROJECT IN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD
The City Council of the city of Carlsbad, California, does
iereby resolve as follows:
1. That certain agreement between the city of Carlsbad an
JESTEC SERVICES, INC., for preparation of an environmental impact
report for an 85 acre project, a copy of which is on file with the
:ity Clerk, and incorporated herein by reference, is hereby
npproved .
2. The Mayor of the city of Carlsbad is hereby authorized
md directed to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the cit!
3f Carlsbad.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Zity Council of the city of Carlsbad, held on the 6th day of April,
1982, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES : Council Members Packard, Casler, Anear, Lewis and KulchFn
