RESOLUTION NO. 6850
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD FIXING A FRONT FOOT CHARGE FOR
CONNECTING TO SEWER MAINS
WHEREAS, the Carlsbad Municipal Code, Title 13 requires that no
person shall connect to a sewer main until such person shall have paid to
the City his proportionate share of the cost of the sewer main; and
WHEREAS, the Code also requires that the City Council from time to
time fix the cost per front foot per connection.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the average cost per front foot of an eight inch sewer main
and appurtenances is $13.00.
2. That whenever any person applies for a connection to a sewer main
for which neither the person or his predecessor in interest has paid the
proportionate share of the cost of the sewer main, that person shall be
charged the front foot charge in addition to any other fees set by ordinance
or resolution of the City Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of said City Council held on
the30t)l day of Apt-’ 1 , 1982, by the following vote, to wit:
