RESOLUTION NO. 6859
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING
THE CITY MANAGER AS THE CITY'S REPRESENTATIVE
ON THE MANAGEMENT BOARD OF THE SAN DIEGO
COUNTY CITIES RISK MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the City to appoint a
representative to the Management Board of the San Diego County
Cities Risk Management Authority; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to appoint the City Manager or
his designee to represent the City on the Management Board;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad, California as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct,
2. That the City Manager or his designee is hereby
appointed as the City's representative on the Management Board of
the San Diego County Cities Risk Management Authority.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Carlsbad City Council held on the 4th day of &y , 1982
by the following vote to wit:
AYE s : Council Members Packard, Casler, hear, Lewis and Kulchin
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
