RESOLUTION NO. 6861
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN EXTENSION OF TIME FOR TENTATIVE MAP CT80-40/CP-130
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad on the 4th day of
November, 1980 adopted Resol ution No. 6351 approving, with conditions,
Tentati ve Map CT80-4.9, Condomini um Permit CP-130; and
WHEREAS, the subdivider has requested a one-year extension of time
for said map from May 4, 1982 to May 4, 1983;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Carl sbad as fol 1 ows :
A. That the above recitations are true and correct.
B. That the Tentative Map CT80-40, and Condominium Permit CP-130
are hereby extended from May 4, 1982 to May 4, 1983, subject to execution
and/or fulfillment of all conditions of Resolution No. 6351.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad at a regular meeting held the 4th day of
