RESOLUTION NO. 6866
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN* AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD AND THE SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT REGARDING THE DISTRIBUTION AND DISPOSAL OF RECLAIMED WATER AND AMENDING RESOLUTION 6080.
WHEREAS, the City approved a Precise Development Plan
for enlargement of San Marcos Water District Waste Water
Treatment Plant (Resolution 6080); and
WHEREAS, the City and San Marcos County Water District
desire to modify condition 24 of Resolution 6080.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
A. That the above recitations are true and correct.
B. That the agreement between the City and San Marcos County Water District attached hereto as Exhibit A is hereby
approved.
C. That Resolution 6080 is hereby amended by the
deletion of condition 24.
D. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and direc-ed -0
sign the agreement on behalf of the City.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:

from the treatment of sewage at the plant which is th2 subject of ksolution
No. 6080 in City within the territory of District.
