RESOLUTION NO. 6870
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHOR- IZING THE CITY CLERK TO INVITE BIDS FOR TYLER STREET IMPRO'.--
MENTS AND AUTHORIZING TRANSFER FUNDS
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determined it is
ecessary and in the public interest to provide curbs, gutters and sidewalks
or Tyler, Pine and Walnut streets.
WHEREAS, plans and specifications for the furnishing of all labor, materials
ools, equipment, transportation and other expenses necessary or incidental
or said project, Contract No. 1113, have been prepared and are on file in the
ngineering Department and are incorporated by reference herein;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
s follows:
1. The above recitations are true and correct.

The plans and specifications as presented are hereby approved.
The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and direc-
ed to proceed to publish, in accordance with law, notice to contractors invi-
ing bids for the construction of improvements to Tyler, Pine and Walnut in
lccordance with the plans and specifications hereinabove referred to.
4. That funds in the amount of $133,000 be transferred from Community
lock Program (40-170-3105) to the Tyler Street Sidewalk Fund (40-170-3124).
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
alifornia, at a regular meeting held the 18th - day of , 1982, by
