OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING
INTENTION TO VACATE PORTION OF OAK AVENUE AND
CANYON STREET.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, does hereby
resolve as follows:
1. The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, hereby
declares its intention to proceed under the provisions of Public Streets,
Highways and Service Easement Vacation Law of 1980 to vacate portion of
Oak Avenue and Canyon Street.
2. A Public Hearing shall be held at the City Council Chambers
at 1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, California, at 6 P.M. on June 1, 1982, for
the purpose of hearing all persons interested in or objecting to said
proposed vacation.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Carlsbad held the 18th day of May, 1982 by the following
vote, to wit:
