RESOLUTION NO. 6879

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD APPROVING "AGREEMENTS FOR COMMON
PARKING FACILITIES AND GRANT OF RECIPROCAL
PARKING AND ACCESS EASEMENTS AND GRANT OF
PUBLIC PARKING EASEMENTS WITH COVENANTS" AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California
resolves as follows:
1. That the agreements for common parking facilities
and grant of easements attached hereto and made a part hereof
are approved.
2. The mayor is authorized to execute the agreements
on behalf of the City concurrently with the effective date of
Ordinance No. 7063 .
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, held on the 18th
, 1982, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES : Council Members Casler, Anear, Lewis and Kulchin

ABSENT: Council Member Packard
ABSTAIN : None
