RESOLUTION NO. 6889
A FESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CA.RLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED FROM.
PAUL ECKE, ET AL FOR WATER LINE EASEMENTS AND APPURTENANCES PURPOSES.
Ir:<zREAS, Paul Ecke, et a1 has submitted a Grant
Deer! conveying an easement to the City of Carlsbad
for water 1 ine and appurtenances ; said Deed #f./ is on file in the-
3ffice of the City clerk and is incorporated by reference herein; and
WEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determined it to be
in the public interest to accept said Deed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
Zalifornia, as follows :
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Grant Deed conveying an easement to the
