A RESOLUTtON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTtNG BIDS AND AUTHORIZING
THE EXECUTION OF CONTRACT NO. 1118 FOR THE 1981-82
STREET RESURFAC I NG PROGRAM
WHEREAS, bids have been received by the City of Carlsbad for the construc-
tion of 1981-82 Street Resurfacing Program, Contract No. 1118; and
WHEREAS, the low bid for this work received for this project was submitted
by South Coast Asphalt in the amount of $114,098.60; and
WHEREAS, funds are or will be available in Account No, 01-128-2450 for
this project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
as follows:
1. The above recitations are true and correct.
2. The bid of $114,098.60 by South Coast Asphalt Company for the construc
tion of 1981-82 Street Resurfacing Programs, Contract No. 1118, is hereby
accepted and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a con-
tract the ref0 r ,

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
Any informalities in the bidding process are hereby waived.
