RESOLUTION NO. 6901
A FESOLUTION OF THE: CIW COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED FROM
STAN F. OSTLlNG AND JACQUFl INF OSTl ING FOR
ROAD PURPOSES.
WKEREX:, Stan F. Ostling and Jacqueline Ostling has submitted a Grant
conveying an easement to the City of Carlsbad
:or road purposes ; said Deed # 833 is on file in the
Iffice of the City Clerk and is incorporated by reference herein; and
WHEW, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has detem&ned it to be
Ln the public interest to accept said Deed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT mSOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
:alifornia, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Grant Deed conveying an easement to the
Zity of Carlsbad for road purposes is hereby accepted.
3. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized to cause the original Deed
to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, State
of California, with the appropriate Certificate of Acceptance attached.
PASSED, APPXOVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City
Council held on the 15th day of June , 19 82 by the following
vote to wit':
AYES: Council Yders Casler, Lewis, Kulchin and Chick
