RESOLUTION NO. 6907
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING
THE PURCHASE OF CAPITAL EQUIPMENT WITH
TRUST FUND MONIES.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does hereby resolve
is follows:
1. That the City Council approves the purchase of Recreation
2apital equipment with Recreation Fee Trust Funds.
2. That the remaining Recreation Fee Trust Funds balance
)e transferred into the General Fund.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
If Carlsbad at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
15thday of June , 1982, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Kembers Casler, Lewis, Kulchin and Chick
