A ESOLUTION OF 1"TION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING
1N"TIOTJ TO ABANDON 3.95 ACRES FROM THE
OCCIDEXIAL LAND PARK SITE.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California does hereby
resolve as follows:
1. The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, Califormia hereby
declares its intention to proceed under the provisions of the Municipal Park
Abandonment Law of 1939 to abandon 3.95 acres at the Occidental Land Park Site.
2. A Public Hearing shall be held at the City Council Chambers at
1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, California at 6:OO PM on August 17, 1982 for the
purpose of hearing all persons interested in or objecting to said property.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Carlsbad held this 20th day of July 1982 by the following
vote to wit:
