RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO
THE PARKS AND RECREATION COMMISSION.
WHEREAS, JOHN S. MURK has resigned as a member of the Parks
and Recreation Commission; and
WHEREAS, the term of JOHN S. MURK expires in August, 1983;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the following person is hereby appointed to serve
as a member of the Parks and Recreation Commission of the City of
Carlsbad, in that position vacated: Norris Cochran
for a term to expire in August, 1983.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Carlsbad City Council, held on the 27th day of July 9
1982, by the following vote, to wit:
