RESOLUTION # 6956
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA ACCEPTING
GIFTS OF MONEY FOR THE PARAMEDIC TRUST
FUND.
WHEREAS, the following persons wish to make cash donations
for services rendered by the paramedics, (Mr. and Mrs. G. A.
Johnston $20.00 in memory of Mary Barr; Mr. and Mrs. G. A. Johns-
ton, $20.00 in memory of Bernard Schindler; Irene LaDue, $15.00
in memory of George E. Hinds; Mr. and Mrs. L. S. Waldrop, Jr.,
in memory of George E. Hinds); and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept these gifts pur-
suant to Sections 37354 and 37355 of the California Government
Code ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the City Council accepts the gifts of money for
the paramedic fund.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Carlsbad City Council held the 3rd day of Lkugust , 1982,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES : Council Members Casler , Lewis, Chick and hear
NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Member I(ulc * a- k/@i
