RESOLUTION NO. 6959
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING STANDARD DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR RECLAIMED WATER
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has instituted a
policy to utilize waste water; and
WHEREAS, the construction of a distribution system to carry out this
policy is necessary; and
WHEREAS, the establishment of standards for this construction is
requi red ; and
WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad has drawn up certain design standards
for reclaimed water distribution to be used in conjunction with certain
area-wide and industry standards;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad that the"Car1sbad Standard Drawings and Specifications for all
Reclaimed Water Systems" dated June, 1982 on file with the City
Engineer and incorporated by this reference is adopted.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad at a regular meeting held the 3rd day of Aumqt , 1982,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council PJknbers Casler, LRwis, Chick and hear
