RESOLUTION NO. 6963
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA APPROVING A DESIGN GUIDELINES
MANUAL FOR PLANNED DEVELOPMENTS.
WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted Ordinance No.9631
amending Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code by the amendment
of Chapter 21.45 to provide for Planned Developments; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of
Carlsbad has recommended approval of the Design Guidelines
Manual; and
WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing held on
June 1, 1982 the City Council directed the City Attorney
to prepare documents approving the Design Guidelines Manual
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of
the City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the foregoing recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Design Guidelines Manual attached hereto
as Exhibit A and made a part hereof is approved.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Carlsbad, held on the
August , 1982, by the following vote, to wit:
