RESOLUTION NO. 6968
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA ACCEPTING A GIFT OF
FURNITURE FOR THE OFFICE OF THE MAYOR.
WHEREAS, the Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce wishes to donate
bookcase as a gift for the office of the Mayor; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept this gift
ursuant to Sections 37354 and 37355 of the California
overnmen t Code :
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
ity of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the City Council accepts the gift of a bookcase
for the office of the Mayor on behalf of all the
citizens of the City of Carlsbad.
Passed, Approved, and Adopted at a regular meeting of the
arlsbad City Council held the 17th day of August , 1982,
