A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS TO IMPLEMENT THE REORGANIZATION OF BUILDING AND PLANNING DEPARTMENTS.
WHEREAS, the City desires to restructure the existing departments of
Building and Planning to more effectively serve the public; and
WHEREAS, the 1982-83 operating budget must be amended by transferring
funds from department to department to provide funds for operation under the
new structure; and
WHEREAS, these transfers are detailed on Transfer Number 6 on file with
the Finance Director; and wi’ll not change the total general fund budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Transfer Number 6 on file with the
Finance Director is hereby approved.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of said City Council
held on the 24th day of August , 1982, by the following vote, to wit:
