A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A DONATION OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) --

WHEREAS, the Cabrillo Kennel Club has given the City of
Carlsbad a donation of one hundred ($100) for use of Holiday Park
by their organization; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept this gift;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad as follows:

1. That the City Council accepts the donation of
One Hundred Dollars ($100) on behalf of the
citizens of the City of Carlsbad.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Carlsbad held on the 7th day
of September
