6987 RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING
A DONATION OF FIFTY DOLLARS ($50)
WHEREAS, the San Diego Poodle Club has given the City of
Carlsbad a donation of fifty dollars ($50) for use of Holiday Park
by their organization; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept this gift;
NOW, THEREFOREy BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the City Council accepts the donation of
Fifty Dollars ($50) on behalf of the citizens
of the City of Carlsbad.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Carlsbad held on the 7th day
of September 1982, by the following vote to wit:
AYES : Council Fknker Casler, Lewis, Kulchin, Chick and hear
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
