RESOLUTION NO. .6990- .
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING AN ITEM OF
EQUIPMENT AS OBSOLETE AND AUTHORIZING THE
DISPOSAL OF SUCH ITEM.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has
ietermined that a fire truck can no longer be used and is
Ibsolete; and
WHEREAS, it.would be beneficial to the City of Carlsbad
:o disposal of this fire truck.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
:he City of Carlsbad, California as follows:
1. That the above recitation is true and correct.
2. That the item listed in Exhibit "A" be declared
,bsolete.
3. That the City Manager is hereby authorized and
lirected to proceed to dispose of the item of obsolete equipment.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the
day of :ity of Carlsbad at a regular meeting held the 7th
, 1982, by the following vote, to wit:
