RESOLUTION NO. 7000
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA REJECTING
AN OFFER OF DEDICATION OF AN EASEMENT
FOR ROAD PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, JOHN H. GRANT, MARY C. GRANT, RUDOLPH H. SONNEMAN
AND JANE C. SONNEMAN have submitted an offer of dedication con-
veying an easement to the City of Carlsbad for road purposes:
said offer #413 is on file in the office of the City Clerk and
is incorporated by reference herein; and was recorded by the
County Recorder on December 21, 1972 as file/page Number 339994
and:
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has
determined it to be in the public interest to reject said offer;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the offer of dedication conveying an easement
to the City of Carlsbad for road purposes is hereby rejected.
3. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized to cause
the Certificate of Rejection to be recorded in the Office of
the County Recorder of San Diego County, State of California.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Carlsbad City Council held on the 7th day of September , 1982
by the following vote to wit:
AYES council Members Casler, Lewis, Kulchin, Chick and Anear
NOES: None
