7002 RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A PROPOSAL
AND AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION
OF A SOUND SYSTEM FOR THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
Ialifornia, as follows:
1. That the proposal of Communications Company, 3490 Noell
Itreet, San Diego, CA 92110, is hereby accepted.
2. That the llayor is hereby authorized to execute a contract
or the purchase and installation of a sound system for a total
rice of $16,500.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
7th day f Carlsbad at a regular meeting held on the
f September , 1982, by the following vote, to wit:
