RESOLUTION NO. 7004
F THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY ARLSBA UT N CALIFORNIA , APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHA- IZING THE CITY CLERK TO INVITE BIDS FOR RECONSTRUCTION OF
CONTRACT NO. 1129. CARLSBAD BOULEVARD STORM DRAIN AT MAPLE STREET - CITY
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determined it is
necessary and in the public interest to reconstruct the Carlsbad Boulevard
Storm Drain at Maple Street; and
WHEREAS, plans and specifications for the furnishing of all labor,
material , tools , equipment , transportation and other expenses necessary or
incidental for said project, Contract No. 1129, have been prepared and are
on file in the Engineering Department of the City of Carlsbad and are incor-
porated by reference herein;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
as follows:
1. The above recitations are true and correct.

The plans and specifications as presented are hereby approved.
The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and
directed to proceed to publish, in accordance with law, notice to contractors
inviting bids for the reconstruction of Carlsbad Boulevard Storm Drain at
Maple Street in accordance with the plans and specifications hereinabove
referred to.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, at a regular meeting held the 7th day of Septder , 1982, by the
following vote, to wit:
