RESOLUTION NO. 7008

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD APPROVING THE CONTINUATION OF
APPROPRIATIONS FOR VARIOUS PROJECTS FROM 1981-
1982 TO 1982-83.

WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad appropriates funds annually for various
capital and operating projects that cannot be completed within the current

fiscal year, and
WHEREAS, during 1981-82 funds were appropriated for various capital and
operating projects which remained uncompleted at the end of the 1981-82 fiscal
year, and
WHEREAS, the City Council does desire to continue these appropriations
listed on exhibit "A" into 1982-83 to facilitate progress on these projects,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad does hereby approve the appropriations of the amount shown on exhibit
"A" to the specific projects and in the specific amounts shown on exhibit "A".
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City
' Council held on the 7th day of Septder, 1982 by the following vote, to wit
AYES: Council paembers Casler, Lewis, Kulchin, Chick and hear
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
