RESOLUTION NO. 7009
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
IZING THE EXECUTION OF CONTRACT NO. 1125 FOR CITY REROOFING.
CARLSBAD , CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING BIDS AND AUTHOR-
WHEREAS, bids have been received by the City of Carlsbad for City
Reroofing, Contract No. 1125; and
WHEREAS, the low bid for this work received for this project was
submitted by Quality Roofing and Repair in the amount of $29,980.00; and
WHEREAS, funds are available in Account No. 01-53-30-3900 for this
project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad as follows:
1. The above recitations are true and correct.
2. The bid of $29,980.00 by Quality Roofing and Repair for City
Reroofing, Contract No. 1125, is hereby accepted and the Mayor and City
Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a contract therefor.
3. Any informalities in the bidding process are hereby waived.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Council held on the 2lstday of September , 1982, by the
following vote to wit:
