RESOLUTION NO. 7013
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING
THE RE-TUBING OF THE BOILER IN THE LIBRARY
AND THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM THE
CONTINGENCY RESERVE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determined that it
is necessary to re-tube the boiler located in the library; and
WHEREAS, funds are available in the contingency reserve;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. The Purchasing Officer is hereby authorized to utilize the open market
procedure for the purchase and installation of replacement tubes for the
1 i brary boi ler.
3. That Department of Finance Fund Transfer No. 10 in the amount of
$7,500.00 on file in said department and incorporated by reference is approved.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
at a regular meeting held on the 21st day of SP-r , 1982, by the
following vote, to wit:
