RESOLUTION NO. 7016
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
IZING THE EXECUTION OF CONTRACT NO. 1115 FOR THE ADDITION TO THE CHILDREN'S LIBRARY.
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA ACCEPTING BIDS AND AUTHOR-
WHEREAS, bids have been received by the City of Carlsbad for the
construction of the Addition to the Children's Library; and
WHEREAS the low bid for this/ work was received from Diversified
Pacific in the amount of $105,000; and
WHEREAS, funds will be available in Account No. 32-18-10-3124 for
this project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Counci
Carl sbad as foll ows:
1. The above recitations are true and correct.
2. The bid of $105,000 by Diversified Pacific is
of the City of
hereby accepted
and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a contract
therefor.
3. Any informalities in the bidding process are hereby waived.
