RESOLUTION No. 7018
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE
RETENTION OF THE FIRM OF STRADLING, YOCCA, CARLSON AND RAUTH, ATTORNEYS AT LAW, AS BOND
COUNSEL FOR THE CITY’S MORTGAGE REVENUE BOND PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad desires to retain
iond counsel for the City’s Mortgage Revenue Bond Program; and
WHEREAS, the firm of Stradling, Yocca, Carlson, and Rauth, Attorneys at
-aw, have submitted a proposal for the provision of such services, which is
incorporated herein as though fully setforth as Exhibit B.
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
that:
1) The above referenced facts are true and correct; and
2) City Council accept the proposal and authorize retention of Stradling, Yocca, Carlson and Rauth as Bond Counsel for the City’s Mortgage Revenue Bond Program.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City
Zouncil held on the ~1st day of September 1982, by the following vote to
