RESOLUTION NO. 7824
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD
AUTHORIZING THE REPLACEMENT OF TWO TAXI CABS FOR METRO
TAXI AND AMMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 6498.
WHEREAS, Metro Taxi was issued a certificate of Convenience and Necessity
to operate a taxi cab service in the City of Carlsbad on the 21st day of April
1981; and
WHEREAS, Section 3(h) of the certificate specifies that only the vehicles
listed on the application dated the 22nd day of Marchr 1974 shall be operated
by Metro Taxi within the city limits; and
WHEREAS, James R. Northcutt, owner of Metro Taxi, has requested that two
vehicles be deleted and that two new vehicles be added to the above mentioned
list; and
WHEREAS, all necessary fees have been paid and inspections have been
made to accomplish this substitution;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad does hereby authorize the following replacement of vehicles:
