RESOLUTION NO. 7027
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA APPROVING
THE USE OF AGUA HEDIONDA LAGOON BY SNUG
INC. TO CONDUCT JET SKI RACES ON OCTOBER
30, 31 , NOVEMBER 20, AND 21 , 1982
HARBOR MARINA, TRANS-WORLD RECREATION ,
WHEREAS, Snug Harbor Marina,Trans-World Recre ti
offer Jet Ski Races at Agua Hedionda Lagoon on October 30,
20, and 21 , 1982; and
n plans to

WHEREAS , the appl i cant has agreed to provi de 1 i abi 1 i ty insurance ,
a holdharmless agreement, ambulance service, and security guards during the
races ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct; and
2. Approve the use of Agua Hedionda Lagoon by Snug Harbor
Marina, Trans-World Recreation to conduct jet ski races
on the dates specified above; and
That the City has the option to cancel the use of the
lagoon for jet ski races at any time.

City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, held on the 5th
day of October , 1982, by the following vote, to wit:
