RESOLVTION NO. 7028
A RESOLWI'ION OF THE CITY COUNCIL, OF THE CITY OF
cFw;sBAD, CALIFORNIA, REJECTING BIDS AND AUTHORIZING
THE RE+ADVEKI'ISm OF CONTRACT NO. 1117 FOR
DFEEGING AM> DPROVEMENT OF BUENA VISTA LAGOON.
WHEREAS, bids have been received by the City of Carlsbad for Contract
No. 1117; and
WHEIZEAS, the California Departrent of Fish and Gams has not approved
the bid for this project by Art B"n General Engineering.
WHEREAS, it now appears mre prudent to wait until Spring to perform
this work.
NCW, THEEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad as follms:

The above recitations are true and correct.
The bid of $826,000 by Art Brm General Engineering for Contract
No. 1117 for Dredging and Inprovemnt of Buena Vista Lagoon is hereby rejected
and City Clerk is hereby authorized to release the bid band.
PASSED, APPRDVED AND AlXPTED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad at a regular meting held the 5th day of October , 1982
by the following vote to wit:
