RESOLUTION NO. 711737
A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING INTENTION TO
VACATE A PORTION OF OAK AVENUE.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, does hereby
resolve as follows:
1. The City Council of the City of Carlsbad hereby declares its
intention to proceed under the provisions of Public Streets, Highways,
and Service Easement Vacation Law of 1981 to vacate a portion of Oak Avenue
located between Carlsbad Boulevard and Lincoln Avenue.
2. A public hearing shall be held at the City Council Chambers at
1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, California, at 6 p.m. on November 2, 1982, for
the purpose of hearing all persons interested in or objectins to said
proposed vacation.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Carlsbad, held the 19th day of ** 1982 ,
by the following vote, to wit:
