RESOLUTION NO. 7052
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD
CALIFORNIA AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS TO
FUND ENCUMBRANCES OUTSTANDING AS OF JUNE 30. 1982.
WHEREAS, the city has issued various purchase orders which were outstandin
as of June 30, 1982; and
WHEREAS, these purchase orders represent orders for goods and services
budgeted for in 1981-82; and
WHEREAS, the city has established a reserve €or encumbrances as of June
30, 1982 that represents the amount of outstanding orders; and
WHEREAS, the City Council may appropriate this reserve for encumbrances
to fund the payment for goods and services ordered in the prior fiscal year,
that are received during the current fiscal year; and
WHEREAS, exhibit "A" attached hereto is a true and correct list of all
outstanding purchase orders as of June 30, 1982;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad does hereby authorize the appropriation of funds contained in the
city's reserve for encumbrance accounts to the specific accounts shown on
exhibit "A" attached hereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Carlsbad, California, on the 2nd day of PJ0-r ,
