A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAlUSBAD
APPFOPRIATING FUNDS FOR "€E ET- OF THE BUENA
VISTA FORCE MAIN,
WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad and the Vista Sanitation District have
entered into an agreemnt for the enlargement of the Buena Vista force main and;
WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad has agreed to participate in this project to
the extent of 15.5% of total costs arid;
WEREAS, the cost of the above mtioned project will be $164,128 in total
of which Carlsbad will pay about $28,000 and;
WHEREAS, funds for this project are available in the Sewer Construction
fund balance;
NW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council does hereby approve
the appropriation of $28,000 fran the Sewer Construction fund balance to
project account #31-18-50-3134 to finance the City's participation in this
project .
PASSED, APPFOVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meting of the City Council of
the City of Carlsbad held the 2nd day of Navember , 1982,
by the following vote, to wit:
