A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED.
WHEREAS, CEDRIC E. SANDERS
to the City ias submitted a Grant Deed conveying

feed is on file in the Office of the City Clerk; and
an easement
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determined it to be
in the public interest to accept said Deed;
NOW, THEREFOR€, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
