RESOLUTION NO. 7067
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING BIDS AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF CONTRACTS FOR THE PURCHASE OF TRUCKS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California,
as follows:
1. That the bid of Surfside Datsun, 2205 Vista May, Oceanside,
California, for a compact pickup truck is hereby accepted and the City Manager
is hereby authorized to execute a contract in the amount of $5,490, plus tax,
for a total of $5,819.40.
2. That the bid of Toyota-Carlsbad, 5424 Paseo Del Norte, Carlsbad,
California, for a compact pickup truck is hereby accepted and the City Manager
is authorized to execute a contract in the amount of $5,679.00, plus tax, for
a total of $6,019.74.
3. That the bid of Dixon Ford, 5555 Paseo Del Norte, Carlsbad,
California, for two 3/4 ton pickup trucks is hereby accepted and the City
Planager is authorized to execute a contract in the amount of $19,037, plus
tax, for a total of $20,179.22.

4. That Fund Transfer No. 28 is hereby approved transferring
$1,090 from the Streets Equipment Rental Account, 01-51-10-2330, and $1,090
from Streets Rock and Mineral Account, 01-51-10-2630.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
at a regular meeting held on the 16th day of No- , 1982,
by the following vote, to wit:
